My Old Bags are fully lined hand stitched Haversacks . I try to duplicate originals but I do a lot of them to owners specs. They vary according to Historical period (French and Indian war up to Civil War) my mood or to your specifications.

I also do waterproofed bags made of stiff hand made oil cloth or painted.

All bags are guaranteed for life and are designed to hold 30 lbs of gear in the woods, on the battlefield or at the mall. If anything tears or a strap doesnt hold Ill fix it. For free.They are also tradeable. If you go by my store and see the bag of your dreams hanging up you are allowed to trade bags.Really.

It does not cost extra to have a bag made to your specs. That means measurements or a picture you want copied. Ill do my best to accomodate your needs.

These bags start at 60.00. Leather flaps or leather straps add 10.00.Leather straps with buckles add 20.00. Really grunged up bags with excessive patching will add 10.00 unless Im just in the mood to do that.

Bag is Natural colored Linen or tapestry with a Buck skin or tapestry flap .Flap may be shaped or boxy.You add your own patina.

Utilitarian

Linen or Linen Feed sack material, lightly black walnut dyed, no patches. Linen flap.

Grunged

This bag has been stump dyed with black walnut ,fought battles, run the woods, been patched up,repaired, used for a pillow, swatted the enemy and sometimes been its owners best friend.
